The surroundings of Madonna di Campiglio and the Rendena Valley are the ideal place where to practice summer sports outdoors. Surrounded by the extraordinary landscape scenography of the Adamello-Brenta Nature Park, the largest protected area in the Trentino region, our territory offers endless possibilities to practice sports in summer.

The area of Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo offers many trekking paths and trails into nature: at disposal 450 kilometers of paths, from trails suitable for family walks to longer, more demanding excursions, also along via ferratas of different difficulty: in our valley there is the “Via delle Bocchette”, one of the most articulated systems of via ferratas in the Alps, a big network of equipped paths also fit for non-experts. Those looking for a different way to hang out with the mountains can instead try dog trekking, to walk in the green woods of Trentino accompanied by dogs tied to a special harness.

Paved and dirt roads, old countryside roads pass through the whole Rendena Valley: there are 24 routes winding along the valley that allow enthusiasts of bicycle and mountain bike to find the routes best suited to their needs. The Rendena Valley is crossed by a 25 km long cycle path - the Ciclopedonale Val Rendena – a cycling and walking trail suitable for both skilled bikers and families, that runs along the river Sarca and connects Carisolo and Villa Rendena, and then Tione di Trento and the locality of Ponte Pià. Those who love MTB and adventure can test themselves with the two trails of the Dolomiti di Brenta Bike, an alpencross MTB ring path around the Brenta Dolomites, or the pump track of Spiazzo, a MTB route consisting of bumps, compressions and parabolics, or in the downhill slope of Doss del Sabion, in Pinzolo.

The Brenta Dolomites are the ideal environment where to practice also rock climbing, traditional or sport climbing (among the most classic ways Preus and Maestri Alimonta on the Campanil Basso, the Via delle Guide on the Crozzon di Brenta, the Detassis on the Cima Brenta Alta) or paragliding at the Doss del Sabion with experienced instructors who organize two-seater flights.

Those who love horseback riding will appreciate the nature of the Adamello Brenta Nature Park thanks to the stables of Pinzolo and Villa Rendena. For those who want to have a dive in a swimming pool, there is the public pool of Spiazzo with a pool for grown-ups and one with low heated water for kids. Those who practice golf can choose between the Golf Club Campo Carlo Magno in Madonna di Campiglio and the Golf Club Rendena in Bocenago. In many villages of the valley it is possible to play outdoor tennis and bocce (in Pinzolo there is also a bowling ground with 4 with Illuminated slopes). Many also the streams and lakes suitable for those who love fishing.
