House rules
Check out all the useful information about check-in / check-out, timetables and arrangements for breakfast, rearrangement and room cleaning, in addition to all the policies in force at Chalet Campiglio Imperiale.
Check in from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (different times can be agreed upon at the time of booking).
Check out by 10:30 a.m. Subject to availability, it’s possible to take advantage of the late check out service: until 12:30 p.m. (cost € 30,00) or until 05:30 p.m. (cost € 60,00).
Upon arrival each guest must hand over an identity document valid for the recordings provided for by current legislation. Guests without an identity document will not be accepted.
Losing of breaking of the electronic key involves a penalty of € 10,00.
Breakfast is from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.; late risers have always cappuccino and sweets always available at the bar.
Smoking is forbidden anywhere in the hotel, as well as for the use of dangerous items, gas cans, flammable liquids, electric cookers, irons and free flame devices.
Pets are not admitted.
Cleaning and rearranging of the rooms are granted if they are left and made available to the staff by 11:30 a.m.
We recommend, especially in the evening and at night, a behavior dictated by good sense and mutual respect.
We don’t tolerate harassing attitudes that can lead to immediate removal from the hotel if necessary also with the intervention of the police.

Bar
A warm, welcoming atmosphere, a wide bar with fireplace and furnishing in mountain style where to spend a pleasant evening sipping a good glass of wine, tasting a coffee, have an aperitif with your friends or where to entertain yourself for a quick, tasty snack.
SPA
Available to all hotel guests a refined, modern wellness center, also possible to book exclusively, where to treat yourself to relaxation and wellness and restore after an intense ski day or a walk into nature.
